ActionZone Privacy Statement
“UCB”, “us” or “we” means UCB Pharma SA a company registered in Belgium, with its registered offices at Allée de la Recherche 60, 1070 Brussels, Belgium.
We do not collect any personal data through our mobile application educational game ActionZone. When you download and use ActionZone we don’t require you to provide any personal data, and we do not collect any information about you or your device.
Users may contact us via email at UCBCares.BE@ucb.com if they have questions about ActionZone. We may receive a user’s email address and other information about a user if the user submits that information to us through email. We will only use this information to respond to any inquiries from the user and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).

We verzamelen geen persoonlijke gegevens via onze educatieve game ActionZone. Wanneer u ActionZone downloadt en gebruikt, hoeft u geen persoonlijke gegevens te verstrekken en we verzamelen geen informatie over u of uw apparaat.
Gebruikers kunnen via e-mail contact met ons opnemen via UCBCares.BE@ucb.com als ze vragen hebben over ActionZone. We kunnen het e-mailadres van een gebruiker en andere informatie over een gebruiker ontvangen als de gebruiker die informatie via e-mail aan ons verstrekt.
We zullen deze informatie alleen gebruiken om te reageren op vragen van de gebruiker en in overeenstemming met de relevante wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming, waaronder Verordening (EU) 2016/679 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 april 2016 betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen met betrekking tot de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en betreffende het vrije verkeer van dergelijke gegevens en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 95/46 / EG (algemene verordening gegevensbescherming of "GDPR").
